Sometimes you simply may not want to disturb family or friends….. or you just may want to maintain your independence.
Run by volunteers, Lightwater Care aims to provide friendly, practical help on a short term basis, to anyone living in Lightwater – irrespective of age. This service is NOT confined to elderly or disabled residents, it is intended to assist anyone with a genuine need.
Ways we can help:
We offer transport for such things as: |

getting to Doctor’s/Dental/Hospital/Clinic appointments |
|
help with collecting prescriptions, library books etc either for or with you. |
